What is our onboarding process?
Everybody and their business is different. While you are being set up by a member of our support team, in 24 hours we will have a plan created and tailored specific to your company’s particular needs. Onboarding can take as little as one day, or we can take you through the training wheels of every step until you are comfortable to say go. We then have our support team conduct in-person or remote training sessions.
Is there a way to export my loan data?
We have many prebuilt reports within the system ready to use. We also have custom reporting capabilities for you to extract and and all data you may need. API’s and feeds to your destination of choice. Datamarts ready for integration.
Can I automate my fees?
All standard fees can be entered once and templeted, then reappplied to each loan. You can also create custom fees for any specification you may need.
Can I Bulk Upload My Own Documents?
Absolutely! We also have many default documents ready in the system as well.

Yes we have a borrower portal! Borrowers can track loans they are involved with, communicate through the process, upload documents, make payments and much more!
